We will remove (or request our Service Providers to erase) your personal information from our records after we receive and confirm your request. Upon request to niko@datasync.am or by phone, we promise to remove the information within one month (30 calendar days) and will provide you with confirmation once the process is over. We will try to implement the request as soon as possible.

We will retain your personal and business information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
